Soil / Groundwater

Phase II Soil Boring and Groundwater Investigations are often performed if a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment identifies a Recognized Environmental Condition on your property or if you suspect your property has been impacted by an environmental contaminate. A Soil Boring and/or Groundwater Investigation involves sampling the soil and/or groundwater on the property. The samples are then typically analyzed by a third-party, independent laboratory to determine whether the soil and/or groundwater on your site has been impacted and if so, what contaminates may be present at the site. The Soil Boring and Groundwater Investigation may also conclude that no contaminates are present. Let Anderson Environmental Co. guide you through the planning and execution of your next Soil Boring and Groundwater Investigation.
